The HeartX Cardiovascular Accelerator, a collaboration between HealthTech Arkansas and MedAxiom, has announced the seven startups selected for its 2025 program. Designed to bridge the gap between breakthrough innovation and real-world clinical adoption, HeartX connects early-stage cardiovascular startups with leading hospitals for pilot projects and clinical trials across the United States.

Now entering its fourth year in partnership with MedAxiom, HeartX has become a vital launchpad for emerging cardiovascular technologies - linking entrepreneurs with frontline healthcare providers eager to test and validate new solutions.

Jeff Stinson, Director, HealthTech Arkansas: ''This year’s cohort of seven companies represents our largest to date. It’s a reflection of the expanding base of participating hospitals each year. Our ability to grow HeartX both geographically and through expanded service offerings is exciting, and our partnership with MedAxiom continues to drive terrific value for the startups we support.''

The 2025 cohort represents a diverse mix of technologies, spanning the U.S. and Europe, each targeting critical challenges in cardiovascular diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment. The seven startups selected for the 2025 HeartX program are:

Joe Sasson, Chief Commercial Officer and EVP, MedAxiom:''The 2025 HeartX cohort represents the next wave of healthcare trailblazers. By pairing bold cardiovascular innovations with the realities of clinical practice, we are not just accelerating technology - we’re reimagining what’s possible for patient care. We can’t wait to launch this journey at MedAxiom’s upcoming CV Transforum conference.''

The selected startups were chosen following a rigorous evaluation process involving representatives from 31 leading cardiovascular programs across the United States, alongside HealthTech Arkansas and MedAxiom experts. Each company was assessed for its potential to transform cardiovascular care through practical innovation and clinical relevance.

Through the HeartX accelerator, participating startups gain exclusive access to clinicians, hospital administrators, and cardiovascular networks while conducting pilot projects and clinical studies. The model ensures that innovations are tested in real-world hospital environments, accelerating the path to market adoption and patient impact.

Now in its eighth year of supporting healthcare-focused accelerators, HealthTech Arkansas continues to position itself at the intersection of innovation and clinical practice - building bridges between visionary startups and the providers ready to bring their technologies to life.
