From Signal to Action
StimCardio's goal is to translate cardiac signals into targeted, non-invasive neuromodulation to restore rhythm control.
The platform is under clinical investigation, with atrial fibrillation as the lead indication.1
How the System Works
StimCardio’s technology integrates neuromodulation, sensing, and analysis into a continuous feedback loop designed to optimize patient care, reflecting the dynamic nature of cardiac rhythm physiology.

Median–vagus neuromodulation (mVNS)
Non-invasive neuromodulation targets the peripheral nerves at the wrist, engaging neural pathways involved in autonomic regulation. This approach is designed to balance sympathetic and parasympathetic outflow associated with cardiac rhythm physiology.

Adaptive system response
By integrating continuous physiological data with neuromodulation parameters, the system is designed to adapt over time based on individual patterns and changing conditions. Ongoing data collection supports iterative adjustments and improvements to patient care within the closed-loop architecture.

Health Cloud
Where Intelligence Closes the Loop
The StimCardio Health Cloud is designed as a secure, cloud-based platform that aggregates and analyzes physiological data from the Rhyvive™ wearable. The platform aims to integrate ECG, optical, and contextual data to enable pattern analysis, personalization, and adaptive closed-loop behavior using machine learning. Insights from the platform are intended to support system refinement and ongoing clinical research.

Rhyvive™
Clinical Precision, Everyday Comfort
Rhyvive™ is the wrist-worn wearable component of the StimCardio platform. It integrates:
- ECG and optical sensors
- Embedded stimulation electrodes
- Secure data transmission
- A companion mobile application
Rhyvive™ is being developed for physician-prescribed, at-home use, and is not yet approved for commercial sale.
FAQs About the Technology
Is the StimCardio system a monitoring device or a therapeutic device?
The system is first and foremost a therapeutic platform that integrates non-invasive neuromodulation with continuous physiological sensing within a closed-loop architecture. It is designed as an integrated platform rather than a monitoring-only wearable, and is currently under clinical investigation.
Is the sensation of the Rhyvive™ device unpleasant?
No. Rhyvive™ delivers non-invasive, low-level neuromodulation through stimulation of the median nerve, resulting in mild tingling.
What type of data does the system collect?
Rhyvive™ collects physiological signals such as electrocardiogram (ECG), optical data (e.g., photoplethysmography), motion and activity, as well as user feedback information. These data are analyzed longitudinally within a secure cloud environment as part of the closed-loop system architecture.
How is personalization achieved?
Personalization is enabled through algorithmic analysis of longitudinal physiological data, analysis of treatment outcomes, automatic detection of arrhythmia precursors, and personalized arrhythmia trigger detection and reporting, all allowing neuromodulation parameters to be informed by individual signal patterns over time.
Is artificial intelligence used in the platform?
The platform is designed to incorporate machine learning–enabled analysis to support signal interpretation and personalization at scale. These capabilities are under ongoing development and evaluation alongside clinical studies.
- CAUTION—Investigational device. Limited by Federal (or United States) law to investigational use.
